I've never been one to fully grasp the art of real estate investing; that's just the honest truth of it. However, I do love to learn new things and open my mind up to the potential out there. And, of course, I'd love to have more income flowing in. When I read through this book, I admit I was confused at first...which, isn't hard when it comes to me and the nuances of real estate investing.However, as I read along and re-read some of the content, I was impressed. This wasn't about traditional "flipping" nor was it a guide to roll like the Don. It also wasn't so full of lingo that I drowned, nor was it full of hype. This book cleared up some questions in my head about how people can afford to invest in real estate for profits without having a truckload of money. I learned about many aspects such as how this system works with short sales, what a double close was and effective marketing for such activity.
If you have an interest in Real Estate Investing, but find it all a bit intimidating, you should read this book. Once I finished, I had a more clear understanding and am interested in trying out the membership mentioned in the book. I definitely recommend this book for those who don't like huge risks, but still want to try their hand at real estate investing and are willing to learn how to be successful.

This is one of the best books I have ever purchased that covers all the fundamentals of being a real estate investor. Most other books are all theory...this one has tons of "real world" content and tactical advice. I would highly recommend Cody Sperber's "No Money Down Real Estate Investing Guide" to anyone looking to get started investing in real estate.
I just started out investing in real estate a few months back and I found that this book is an easy read and very informative. I really like Cody's focus on not just the real estate side but also about the importance of mindset and creating a system around the business!! I now know many new strategies that I am going to start implementing right away. I am very excited and cant wait to get out there!!
Good summary but LOTS more information is needed. Book serves as a lead in to more info presumably paid stuff. 4 stars.
This ebook is a great buy for any real estate investor starting out in real estate! I found it easy to read and I got a lot of great information to get started out in investing. I feel more confident after reading this and am looking for other information coming from Cody Sperber.
Real estate investing is something that is gaining a lot of popularity in the recent days. But if you are thinking of getting into it, you need to know a few things. This is a book that will teach you those things, and a few more thing in a nice and simple way. It never makes things complicated, so there is nothing you won't understand. It is a no fluff guide. It has all of the information you need, and nothing more.
If you are thinking of getting into real estate investing, but not really sure where to start, this book is a great choice.
Why would you buy Real Estate Investing Guide? There's more marketing books then you can count. Do a quick search on yielded over 700,000. Most are examples of over exaggerated self-worth profiles. Same old and irrelevant thinking. Here's why I found this one different...
I read it and it does something very unique. It focuses on results and timeless techniques to get them. There are no tricks, no magic potions, or single venue gimmicks. It's about human behavior and fulfilling compelling needs in consumers, for good; which I'm assuming is why our businesses exist.
For me it stays grounded in reality. The book goes on to educate you on how to scale your thoughts in a simple way.

Ever since the housing market went south, I have been interested in investing in real estate. I know that people have made a lot of money in real estate historically but I don't know anyone that has done it so I didn't really know how. I have read a couple of books on real estate investing, and this is one of the best out there for a truly complete overview and a pretty comprehensive roadmap to get you started. The section on short sales is particularly well done and thorough. I just wish the section on wholesaling was longer. Other than that, I recommend this to anyone who is looking to start investing in real estate.
